    Our History

    1996

    New Beginnings

    Timothy Holdings incorporated in Singapore

    2003

    Opening Our First Centre

The first Asia-Pacific Business Centre (APBC) office was opened at Suntec City and helped provide short-term office space solutions to local small and medium enterprises. This was the first office space of its type in Singapore at that time

    2005

    Entering The Chinese Market

APBC entered the China market with centres in Shanghai, renamed apbcOffices along with new design elements ahead of their time, challenging the notion of what an office space should feel and look like. During this period, design became one of our calling cards, with each of our locations taking on drastically different styles and looks.
